Chris, The Dad with the kid and the children in the middle and top are really nice. I like that you are really looking for gestures at varying points - but the figure in motion, overall. Santa can't really do much unless he has a kid with him, but the foreshortening is decent. Avoid the line fills with the shading and work with the forms - like the ballet session.
